Author Registration:

  • At least one author per accepted paper needs to be registered.
  • All presentations will be in-person in JCSSE 2024.
  • Same rates apply to Poster and Oral presentations.

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).

Note
There will be a 10% discount on the 2nd and 3rd papers for the same registered participant who submits the 2nd and 3rd accepted papers.
The organizers reserve the right to apply this discount for up to 3 papers.

2. Credit card payment

  • All payments submitted online through the PSU secure payment gateway which accepted major credit cards, e.g., Visa, MasterCard, EXCEPT Union Pay, AMEX and TPN.
  • The processing fee for each credit card transaction is 1.3%. However, this fee is subjective to the credit card issuer’s conditions.
  • Only one registration per transaction is allowed.

Non-Presented Paper (No Show) Policy

        The JCSSE 2024 has a “no show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a “No Show List” compiled by the Society. IEEE will NOT publish the “no show” papers on IEEE Xplore®.

Refund Policy

Please be advised that the registration fee is non-refundable. Once the registration process is completed and payment is made, the fee cannot be returned under any circumstances.
