Author Registration:

  • At least one author per accepted paper needs to be registered.
  • All presentations will be in-person in JCSSE 2024.
  • Same rates apply to Poster and Oral presentations.

Registration Fees:

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).

Note

There will be a 10% discount on the 2nd and 3rd papers for the same registered participant who submits the 2nd and 3rd accepted papers. The organizers reserve the right to apply this discount for up to 3 papers.

If you have accepted more than one paper and wish to get the 10% discount, please email us (jcsse2024@phuket.psu.ac.th) for the discount code.

JCSSE2024 makes two payment methods available:

2. Credit card payment

  • All payments submitted online through the PSU secure payment gateway which accepted major credit cards, e.g., Visa, MasterCard, EXCEPT Union Pay, AMEX and TPN.
  • The processing fee for each credit card transaction is 1.3%. However, this fee is subjective to the credit card issuer’s conditions.
  • Only one registration per transaction is allowed.

Non-Presented Paper (No Show) Policy

        The JCSSE 2024 has a “no show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a “No Show List” compiled by the Society. IEEE will NOT publish the “no show” papers on IEEE Xplore®.

Required documents for registering

      Please fill details of your registration information via EDAS. Prepare the following documents for uploading to EDAS:

  1. IEEE/ECTI member (if any)
  2. Evidence of Payment of Registration Fee (such as payment slip, etc.)

Registration Processes

For Authors:

  1. Make a payment using your desire methods (see the “Methods of Payment” section.
  2. Login into EDAS using your EDAS ID.
  3. Go to your manuscript that you want to register, then click on the icon to open the registration form.
  4. Please provide all required information in the registration form and upload all required documents (see above) and, finally, hit the ‘SUBMIT answers’ button.

For Participants:

  1. Make a payment using your desire methods (see the “Methods of Payment” section.
  2. Fill in the registration form (……………………………………) or via EDAS
