Regular paper presentation

Presentation

Please go to your allocated room 15-20 minutes before the session start time to meet with the Session Chair, review the pronunciation of your name, and familiarize yourself with the room and AV.

Each presentation room will be equipped with a computer connected to a projector.

The speakers will have two options. The first is to bring a flash drive and download the presentation to the computer installed in the room before the session begins. The second option is to present from their laptop.

Presentation Format

Your presentation needs to be in either PowerPoint or PDF format.

The slide ratio for your presentation should be set to 16:9. To change the ratio on PPT, go to the ‘Design’ tab at the top, then select ‘Slide Size’ (usually located on the far right) here you will find the ratio options.

Presentation Time

The papers will be presented in the order they are listed in the program, and the presentation slot for each paper is 20 minutes. The slots include time for Q&A. We recommend limiting talks to about 15 minutes and Q&A 5 minutes. The slot limits will be enforced by the session chairs.
